We provide care and education for young children between the ages of 2-4 years.

We are open for 38 weeks of the year in line with The Meadow Community Primary School. We offer the following sessional care.

• ​Morning session 9.00am - 12.00pm
• Afternoon session 12.00pm - 3.00pm
• Full day 9.00am - 3.00pm

Sessions start on 1st September each year, in line with funding. However, we have induction and stay and play sessions towards the end of August.

Our school holiday periods are the same as school.

We accept FEEE funding (Funded Early Education Entitlement) for all of our sessions.

15 and 30 hours support

Your 2-year-old can get funded early learning if you live in England and are in receipt of certain benefits. To find out more about eligibility, click here. 

All 3 and 4-year-olds who live in England are entitled to 15 hours of support irrespective of income levels, benefit status, or family circumstances.

If your child is aged 3 or 4 and you are receiving this 15 hours childcare, and receiving some additional forms of support, you may also be eligible for Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP). EYPP is paid to us and gives us additional funding to support learning and development for children. You can see if you’re eligible for EYPP on GOV.UK and speak with a member of staff.

If you live and work in England you may be entitled to 30 hours funded childcare support from the term after your child turns 9 months old, until they start school. To find out more about eligibility, click here.

Chargeable sessions

Our fees are £19.50 per Morning (9.00am - 12.00pm) and Afternoon (12.00pm - 3.00pm) session payable monthly in advance. Fees must still be paid if children are absent. We are able to offer a mix of funded and chargeable sessions.

School meals

For children attending a morning or all-day session, we are able to offer a hot meal for £2.60 per day. All meals are cooked daily on the school premises. Click here to view our menus.
